Haircut

It's never sat well with me how greatly I rely on external sources to engage in personal practices of self-care, like cutting my hair. In 2020 I mustered up the courage to give myself a haircut and it went incredibly well. I came to the realisation that I would never have to go to a hairdresser again and that slight increase in self-sufficiency was thrilling to me! This was the start of my ongoing mission to eliminate my reliance on external sources and single-use products for self-care.
